House-made spreads like Truffle Pecorino, Artichoke/Mint Spread and Roasted Fennel Pecorino Spread.
Salami, Beef Bresaola, Porchetta, Capocollo, Prosciutto and 'Nduja. Our meats are from a local Niagara producer who uses only Ontario Farms.
All of our meat contains NO preservatives, NO nitrates, NO nitrites, NO GMO, NO phosphates, NO hormones & NO antibiotics.
