Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 10 February 2026

At Sandwich Society, we are committed to providing high-quality food and service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following policy applies.


Food & Beverage Purchases

All food and beverage sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, quality concern, or service issue), please notify us immediately in-store or within 24 hours of purchase. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Catering Orders

Catering deposits may be non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations made:

  • More than [X days] before the event may qualify for a partial refund
  • Within [X days] of the event may forfeit the deposit

Final payment terms will be outlined in your catering agreement.


Event Bookings

Event space deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate based on availability.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They have no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless proof of purchase is provided.
